Review: We hired Brightway Electrical to do electrical work at [redacted] . We gave Brightway Electrical a deposit of $2,500.00 .He started the job and after 1 week never showed up again to finish it . It's been 3 weeks that I have been trying to reach him unsuccessfully via emails , fax and certified mail .Desired Settlement: We want Brightway Electrical to finish the job or my money back .

Review: I hired [redacted] on March *, 2014 from Brightway Electrical Construction, Inc. separate the store electrical into two separate stores. File the job with [redacted], and obtain two working meters that [redacted] can recognize. Have all electrical outlets working properly as agreed. I have paid [redacted] $5,000.00 including wire and supplies. The agreement was for $3,880.00 and yet the job is still not complete. Job started on March *, 2014. [redacted] has made several appointments and he never shows up or calls, have to continuously call him. Missing 5 appointments. My Electricity is very unstable and continuously goes out for 1 to 2 days, this problem state only when [redacted] separated the electricity, and [redacted] is aware of the problem for 5 weeks but refused to fix the problem unless I give him more money. Continuously jokes as to the fact that he was underpaid and miss calculated how much work was involved. I have written estimate from him and cancelled checks. [redacted] is unable to read the two meter he installed because he did not put meter numbers on them, very big problem. Cecilio's cellular phone ###-###-#### Office number ###-###-####.. Please help!!Desired Settlement: I need him to fulfill his contract and make sure everything is working as agreed including outlets or I will find another electrician to finish the job and take him to court. I need him to fix the problems that he as created!!
