Attn Revdex.com,[redacted]'s complaint is in accurate. She purchased a 7.68 System covering 98% of her production. day long at 5.00/watt. Therefor she was under charged for her system. She signed off on the design, production, installation, completion certificate PLUS she doc u signed on her own the increase to the HERO loan due to an extra charge from her Utility for a service upgrade. See, her system from us is contracted at 30,740.00 + the added charges from [redacted] to fix the utility upgrade issue of $4000.00. (Totaling 34,740.00.. NOT the $39,917.20) Once this came into play mid stream, she approved with a recorded three way call AND Doc u sign fully explaining the extra charge that she wanted to finance. She signed and returned that on her own.  As far as the Taxes goes, she is and was fully aware that her financial and tax situation has nothing to do with Velocity Solar and more points to their income, liabilities and financial situation typically handled annually by an accountant. We simply make our customers aware of the 30% Federal Tax Credit and clearly state that they need to consult with their tax accountant to handle it. I am sorry she had a hard time getting a hold of our salesman, he has been on a two week vacation and is back now. We do not have a log of her calling or emailing our support line or calling the 844 NEED SOLAR phone number.  I am happy to talk to her as I left a message on her voicemail last night. We at Velocity Solar pride ourselves in Customer Service, workmanship with Integrity and rely on a good name and referrals to assist in our business growth. Please let me know if I can further assist this situation. Best Regards, [redacted]President of Sales/Co-Owner

I am rejecting this response because: I have read the email response. I clearly understand and have the phone bill that Velocity Solar,  CO owner [redacted] contacted me personally by phone and stated he would like to review my usage after two months of solar use. I have the bills and will still like company to review usage and respond.  Also, it's your salesman [redacted] that did tell me about tax deduction but again, really pushed and stated in an email to me that I was getting back the full $10,422, so that way my total would be less after I apply the tax money and made that clear that even with MID upgrade, my total monthly would put me around $251 a month.  I did contact your salesperson when I had questions but was only able to reach him mainly by email.  Your salesman [redacted] always stated if I had any questions to please contact him.  This is where I have issues is of the inaccurate sales pitch that he emailed to me regarding tax credit. Therefore I signed the document on this merit of final cost that he emailed after applying tax credit and my final monthly bill. So please train your sales department to be more accurate and explain to consumer exactly how tax deduction works. Thank you for your cooperation. [redacted]s, Homeowner
