I ordered from this place for a one time purchase received it and works finethan about a month later I was charged a second timeso I called the company and talked to an agent she told me it was an annual purchase monthlyI asked to cancel this and I would send it backShe than said it was cancelled so I figured I may the one payment and that would be itThan a month later another chargeI called again and talked to Kate agent She told me they couldn't reimbursed me but could give me a discount ,because it had already shippedI asked again if I return the product un opened could I be reimbursed? She said the could give me a discount, I than replied no please may I talk to a managerI was transferred to Melton agent where we discussed my options which was only a discount on the product and they would cancel my accountcharges and discount for a one time purchase that gave me no annual notificationMy card was also used for a skin product I never bought threw this companyI had to cancel my credit card just to stop these un wanted purchasesBuyer beware this is a shady business and a scam for your card number
