I am rejecting this response because:This physician is dirtier than dirtI have hand written proof from my insurance that this provider REFUSED to submitmedical Justification requested since January 2017! Further, I have proof that Blue Cross Blue Shield recently paidthe provider, and I received a check from the medication copay program recently as well, and once receive I paidthis degrading provider my responsible charge of $162.60. I never went to her pathetic office to throw tantrumsbecause I refuse to pay she is a pathetic liar. On 12/28/17, if I threw a tantrum how does she explain the injectionshe administered? She saw me in her office without incident, otherwise why would she have seen me to administer an injection, when she does not see anyone having a penny worth of outstanding charges. Also, she is lieing when she says that I went on internet sites to post ill comments about her, I want to see her proveit in a court of law, and explain how an individual who does not have any social network sites or affiliations can postill comments online? She is such a degrading human being, does she not know that not having a social site be easily proven in court? She is the one adding insult to injury because she got caught by the insurance company, Office of Civil Rights, MedicalBoard for being a negligent, and poor quality provider. Now she wants to try to turn the tables on me.Your ill ways were gonna eventually come out to the light. You treat patients like animals. Explain to me how in more than years of caring for me I have always had ZERO BALANCE untilyou started refusing to follow BCBS billing advise? Now you want to say I did not want to pay my bill. Blameyour patient, you have no remorse for your staff's countless billing errors. Your biller told me the countless complaintsagainst you for screwing up patients accounts!!! Own up to your irresponsible, neglectful ill practices!I want this dirty provider to prove to me in a court of law that I ever went online to post anythingrelated to her ill practices.
