My ordered has never been filled, was placed back on 04/22/2020
ordered (2) Infrared Digital Thermometers back in April 22, 2020 Order #*** Payment amount $149.98 Visa Tried contacting them with no response, still haven't received the items.

Ordered a no touch thermometer. It was never recieved. Return email from companyvafter I complained was non profesional and written in broken language. Was told a new order was sent. He gave me a new order numbervthat was 32 digits long. I never received eithervorder.

Company should be looked into for their marketing practices. Looks like they are the same company as https://meticthermo.com/ that has a marketing compliant from 5/5/2020

They never answer phone or Mail to give me a tracking number or delivery date
All I request is that they send the thermometer order 2077 infrared digital thermometer

After seeing their ad (Brii Infrared Thermometer) displayed while checking my email, I ordered a Brii Infrared Thermometer for *** from their website on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, and paid the express 2-5 day delivery fee of *** When it did not arrive on Monday, April 27, 2020, I called them throughout the day their time, Pacific Standard Time. The phone rang constantly until it finally disconnected the call. At the end of the day, I sent an email using their website email system and through my email account asking for an update on my order. I called again Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday their time (PST) throughout the day to have the phone ring constantly and finally disconnect. I sent a second email at the end of day Wednesday. At the end of Thursday, I became pretty certain that I had been scammed and lost *** I hope this is not the case but it definitely looks as if it is. I also hope this will be an alert to others to thoroughly investigate this company prior to ordering from them.

In doing additional Internet search today, Friday, May 1, 2020, I discovered the Health Calls Now website,(HealthCallsNow.com), and that it is selling the same product using the same contact information. I have learned that my credit card company will not charge my credit card for the amount of the purchase, *** So, I did not lose money. Mail in order customers may not be so lucky. I looked up the address and see their are a number of retail and service businesses located at this address called "Richer Plaza". I do not see Brii or Health Calls Now listed.
