Review: I bought a hair flat iron from a Brilliance New York kiosk at [redacted] Mall, [redacted], Virginia yesterday evening for a present. Today, I decided to return it, but I was told that returns are not allowed but can only exchange. The receipt does not provide a phone number to call, but states "No refund."I have gone to their website which they told me about, to check the return policy, and it says I have 30 days to return the item. Also, I was told I was getting the flat iron that worked on wet hair, but the iron I received was not for wet hair, but a regular flat iron...Their website shows another flat iron which looks different than mine and even says "wet hair" but I was scammed into buying a regular one.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund on this item. And they shouldn't be telling people you can't get your money back if their website says otherwise.
