I went to mall today around 2pm (Vista Ridge in Lewisville, TX) just to look around and do a little shopping for my boyfriend and myselfI walked past Brilliance New York and the guy (I can rememeber his name to save my life but I know he had a very strong accent) walked out to hand me a free sampleI took it and said thank you and kept on walkingHe called me back and the only reason I walked back is because I thought he said it was not a "free" sampleMy badI was just going to give it back
He basically lures me into the store and is rubbing all kinds of *** on my arms and hands but was being nicejust doing his job
He started getting super pushy and was bagging up stuff that I never said I wanted to buySo I tell him that I do not want to spend $on lotionHe said that "bewtween he and I, he would give me a discount" and not to tell anyone$
At this point I just wanted the *** out of this store so I said okay and gave him my card so that he would stop harassing me about his products
Once he had my card he was trying to add other items to the bag and run up my total
At that point I took my card from him and said "you know, I really don't want any of this stuff." He looked at me in disgust and said "Do what??"
I said very nicely again that I did not want to buy anything from himHe called his buddy that was working the store with him over and said "This girl is a nurse and can't even afford to spend $on herselfYou know what, GO, get out! Go spend your money somewhere elseGo waist your money on another coach purse!" He continued mouthing some other words at me as I left the store
I was FLOORED! I left the mall almost in TEARS because I was SO embarrased!
I understand people wanting to make a sell and I told him several times that I wanted to think about it and come back another timeI WILL NEVER step foot into another Brillaince New York unless it is to hand deliver his termination of employment notice!
That is NOT how to treat ANYONE! It was not just bad customer service, this *** *** was calling me out in front of EVERONE and personally ATTACKING ME! He's lucky I didn't attack him right back! I have more class than that low life ***!
I really hope y'all do something about this because you should NOT have people like that running your stores and running off people for life!

BEWARE! My daughter and I were harassed by the salesman at the Lakeside Mall (Sterling Heights, Michigan) at the BNY kiosk this afternoon. These people take high-pressured sales to a whole new level. Let's just say after 30 minutes a $300 flat iron that was on sale for the low, low price of $169 dropped to $119. When that was still too much it immediately dropped to $89. Of course. the offer was only good for just a couple of minutes so I could think it over. After we walked away, without a flat iron, I Googled the company and the product. There are more negative reviews and you can bat a stick at. Don't do it! If you do, don't spend more than $89 (if that).
