I have not received the invoice or the warranty as of today June 8, 2015. On May 12, 2015 I emailed the business owner again requesting the documents.On May 15, 2015 the business owner Jose left a email saying his system had been down but he would send the document ASAP. On the same day he left 2 voicemail messages telling me he was upset about the negative online review I left. Why would he do that if he had sent the documents on 4/22/15? Neither contact stated that he had already sent the warranty or invoice. If he has these documents why doesn't he send them? Also, the address he claims to have sent the documents to is listed as Riverside. He knows the correct address is in Palm Desert because that is where he did the work.

I requested an itemized receipt showing the charges for the work, what work was preformed and how much was paid. The invoice does not give the price of the materials or the rate for labor. It shows zeros for everything. According to the invoice I should not have paid anything. Also,the invoice only shows paid stamped on it but not the amount that was paid.
