violation of both federal and state laws as they continue to attempt to cash these checks against my account and re-posting said transactions to my credit card.We made several attempts to contact the customer and did not get a response until weeks later. The customer provided the crew with 2 separate checks, 1 for 1425.00 dated 10/30/2015 the other post dated for 11/07/2015 for the amount of 1050.00. The check for $1425 was returned for non-sufficient funds, we were subsequently assessed a fee from the bank. The customer was notified of the bounced checked and asked to provide payment in the amount of $1425 + $35 for the fees incurred therefore pay a total of $1460. At no point did we ever attempt to redeposit her returned check as doing so might have led to additional fees being incurred. We also have not asked her to pay more than she originally agreed to pay but rather asked that she cover the returned check fee which is standard policy. I will not accept less the amount owed to us for the worked performed and fees incurred, as the customer has been credited a total of $1050.00 from the bill that was disputed. The total amount owed to the company is $1460; $1425 for her bill, $35 for the returned check fee assessed by the bank. I am and have acted well within my writes to collect on the debt owed to the company.

I can provide this documentation upon request. The person from the store that I spoke to said, "that should say 75.00 item" That means the quote would be 525.00. I would have been willing to pay the price their promotional materials state but no more. This is why I said 450.00 (the cost of delivering six items according to the person I spoke to).

The potential customer called to arrange delivery and was asked to describe the item(s) purchased and destination. Upon gathering the information he was quoted a price. The potential customer was told that though we are listed as a preferred vendor, he is not mandated to ONLY use Brilliant Move for...
his delivery needs. If he feels that the price is not fair he is more than welcome to shop around to see if can get a better price elsewhere. We ABSOLUTELY DID NOT provide the potential client with a delivery quote of $450 as stated in his complaint. We never conducted a business transaction with the customer and offered him a choice. We ask that this complaint be removed from our record given that there was never a transaction conducted.
