She was not aware of the additional overdrafts until the conversation with Revdex.com today and were not brought to the company's attention or discussed with the consumer, MSR [redacted] stated one overdraft fee of $was agreed upon and? she will reach out to the accounting department regarding this refund being expedited.?

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Initially, when my wife and I spoke with MsR*** there was only one overdraft which was on 12/12/and we had agreed upon that, however, since Delta Dental was so untimely in processing the overdraft refund, we incurred a second one (36.00), making the total overdraft fees The second overdraft fee was on 12/13/ As I stated in my complaint if Delta Dental's customer service representative had relayed the correct information to us and not given information, none of this would have happened My wife called well in advance of the date the auto deduction was suppose to be withdrawn from our checking accountShe called either November 28th or 29th of Auto deduction was suppose to happen on December 5, 2017, but we were informed that it had been deleted.The first overdraft caused a rippling effect and subsequently, we incurred the 2nd one We called at least three times and left messages for MsR*** to contact us and she never didSince all calls at Delta Dental are recorded, they should have a record of this.
