They will help you. Jeff Woodall is great and knows his stuff. Helped us 3 months after installed with a problem, we were down for less than one day thanks to Jeff.

While shopping for a new POS system, I had heard a lot of positive reviews of the xxxxx system. I started by reaching out to my bank and received a quote from them. Then, I spoke with a merchant service provider that had the xxxxx system, they gave me a quote on the system and their merchant rates. Finally, for a third option I reached out to Brilliant POS. I received thorough information showing the options and costs of the xxxxx from xxxxx. We spoke over the phone soon afterwards and I told him he had my business. The cost, services and customer service he gave were far better than my bank and the other merchant service provider I spoke to. We've had the xxxxx system for 6 months. I contacted xxxxx several times for setup help and advice on xxxxx "Apps" for my business, he was swift to respond and helpful. I highly recommend Brilliant POS.

Brilliant POS took the challenges out of putting a point of sale system together. I was able to focus on the implementation of the system rather than making hardware and software choices and making them work together.
