Brilliant Services

I hired Brilliant Services to do work on my existing back overhang to remedy some construction issues, which they agreed to do. They were supposed to save my gutters, which they did not do. They destroyed them and the gutter company I called to look at them said they absolutely could have been saved.
They showed up to start the work (They did not even tell me what day they were coming out) and in that first day they uncovered some additional things that needed to be addressed. I understand that so I told them to call me to schedule the rest. I finally heard from them a week later and found out the superintendent no longer worked for them. They left material here, in the elements which warped. I finally got them to reschedule 3 weeks later. They day they were supposed to be here between 10 and 11, I did not hear from them. I finally sent a text at about 12 noon and they said they would be another hour. At this point, I did not trust them to show up or do what they said they would and they had my 50% deposit. They did not finish their job, what they did do is not to code, they did not pull permits. I am now paying someone else to fix it.
