When you receive the sample it does not say to return it in 10 days nor does it give a return address. Then they charge you $288.42 for keeping it. When you call they say if you did not return it in the 10 day time you have to pay and can't get a refund. In addition, they send more and demand you pay for it. I called to return it and they told me they would give me a 50% discount on future products. I asked again for the address and she offered a 75% discount on product. I asked several times for the address and she said I would have to pay a $69.95 restocking fee and $39.95 handling charge. I again asked for the address and she again offered a discount on future purchases. I told her I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and she finally gave me the address although she again told me about the restocking and handling fees. Their Customer Service People are VERY RUDE.Desired SettlementA full refund and they cease and desist their fraudulent business practices. I have returned all products I received and want a full refund.

Ordered a sample for a price. Got a call on the phone thanking us. Was not clear on cancelling the product. Billed an outlandish price for the product. Called credit card to dispute and the card person said there was a lot this rip off unscrupulous lack of explanation going on. Charge about 400 dollars -- called company and they said would give us back 95. Everything was hidden and you were required to read a dissertation to totally understand what was about to happen to you.. We went to the website about the product and read many, many similar occurrences. Also when the product was delivered - the packing list showed NO price... Their ad stated that I would receive a free trial of their product and would only have to pay shipping charges. No other charges were expressly authorized by me. About 2 weeks after I had received the product, they charged my credit card for about $90 and had signed me up for an auto ship of the product. Again, this was not expressly authorized by me. It is not OBVIOUS via email or shipping that they charge after 14 days for trying product. A good product wouldn't need to use shady tactics to take $It's not clear via email or shipping that you get charged the amount you do after 14 days. The product takes longer to "work" than the amount of time they say is the trial time. If it is a good product people would be happy to order full sizes. Very misleading and shady.
