Rebekah *** contacted me on 1/stated that the stone fell out of her ring, I only accept returns within days of receiving the jewelry (she had the ring in her possession for two months) and I do not accept returns for custom orders, however I would have made an exception in her case if she
had contacted me within days, and return the ring within daysI offered to fix the ring for her, which she refusedI have not received the ring back from her. I do not use glue on my jewelry, and it is made with sterling silver, which is stamped If Rebekah *** returns the ring back to the address below, I will fix it for her or send a replacementHowever I do not offer refunds after days of receipt as stated in my policies (attached).
