Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I stated in both responses, Attorney [redacted] dishonestly and unethically charged my additional fees(489.99)after I requested and he acknowledged that my case was concludedPlease refer to my original complaint and my response made on 12/10/The only solution is a full refund of my Regards, [redacted]

Let this serve as the undersigned attorney's second response to the inaccurate statements and complaints by the claimant (i.e., said attorney's former client) Claimant fails to recognize the additional work that claimant requested for the representation to be concludedThe final bill (of which the claimant apparently only attached the final page to the most recent filing) itemized the time and expenses the undersigned's office incurred to conclude the representation as expressly demanded by the claimant The itemized time and expenses were properly charged against the claimant's retainer held by the undersigned's office pursuant to and as expressly authorized by the fee agreement executed by the claimantAgain, per the fee agreement (again fully executed by the claimant) the time and expenses incurred for the attorney and his staff were properly, legally, and ethically calculated and the remaining balance of the retainer was returned to the claimant No amount that is now demanded by the claimant in this or any other proceeding is reasonable or warranted under the circumstances and, therefore, no amount demanded by the claimant is forthcoming from the undersigned Again, in sum, the claimant's complaint and demand are meritless and utterly frivolousFor further response, please see the undersigned's prior response from 12/8/Sincerely,

Let this serve as the undersigned attorney's response to the inaccurate statement by said attorney's former client
Attorney had fully executed fee contract with client that provided for the payment of fees based on the of attorney and his staff and, in addition, expenses
incurred in the representationAt this time, attorney is not authorized to disclose documents (ie., executed fee contract with client) or information protected by the attorney-client relationship except as otherwise already waived by the client as part of this meritless complaint.
Client terminated attorney's representation after attorney indicated that a certain balance of client's retainer could be returned if the client agreed to forego further efforts that the attorney was pursuing for the clientThat certain balance was an estimate based on a draft account statement which is believed to be the document attached to the instant complaint to the Revdex.com After that draft account statement was supplied to the client, the client requested additional work and services that, as provided in the fee contract executed by the client, was the subject of additional charges for time and expensesFor example, as part of Client's termination of attorney's representation, Client made unreasonable demands for the return of retainer balance and a copy of the attorney's entire file - including without limitation the immediate delivery of the retainer balance and copy of client's entire file The only way to ensure that Client's demands were met was to immediately copy the client's file for delivery via service that could guarantee time limited delivery
Per the fee contract, again fully executed by the client, the time and expenses incurred for the attorney and his staff to copy the file, calculate retainer balance, prepare retainer balance check, coordinate the termination of the representation with the client and deliver client's package as demanded by the client resulted in the additional fees and expenses that the client now disputes Attorney's time and expenses were properly, legally, and ethically calculated and the balance of the remaining balance of the client's retainer has been returned to this clientNo amount demanded from the attorney by this former client in this or any other proceeding is reasonable or warranted under the circumstances In sum, the former client's complaint and demand are meritless and utterly frivolous.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I stated in my original complaint, [redacted] dishonestly charged me an additional 489.99. On Nov 17, I emailed [redacted] and requested he conclude all work on my case. On Nov. 17, [redacted] ackowledged via email that my case was concluded and my refund in "unused retainer" would be 1630.00. I received a check in the amount of 1140.01-489.99 less than I was originally billed. The bill indicated that [redacted] charged me for services on Nov. 18, the day after he acknowledged concluding my case. This type of business practice is dishonest and unethical. Therefore, to resolve this complaint, I request a full refund of the 489.99 that was dishonestly taken from me-please see attachments.
