On that day it wasn't clearly posted on the pumps
Workmanship extremely poor.
Unresponsive - failed multiple times to respond to emails and phone calls.
Twice no-showed on scheduled appointments to correct problems.
Eight months since work paid for and problems have not been corrected.
Owner extremely unprofessional.

I am responding to the blatantly disrespectful comments and attitude that this business owner continues to portray. At no time was I loud. I did disagree with him and his store prices, I did say his pricing was a "rip off". because in fact I feel it is. After our disagreement I went outside and looked at the area where the clerk/or owner stated the signs were located. they were not there. I got in my vehicle and left. The conversation went like thisThe clerk gave the price amount I disagreed with the amount, he stated its extra to pay for credit card. I stated that is a "rip-off". He replied its only a "rip-off" if you cant read. I stated I don't need to hear your smart aleck remarks, just run the card. He said excuse me. I repeated myself. He ran the card, I went to leave, I turned back around and asked who the manager was. He stated he was, I said don't worry about it I wont be back again. At no time was I loud, I didn't utter one curse word......I feel the owner decided not to tell the truth in his response because somebody actually disagreed with him and hurt his ego.
I am sorry that this individual is taking up your time. He was rude and loud about the credit card processing fee being a "rip off". We do nothing different than most other stores of our kind. It is clearly posted on the large marque sign next to the fuel prices and on each pump....
On both sides of each pump. His behavior was confrontational, he was loud and disturbing. The response at the time was clear that the cash price is posted and he only had to read that posting.
Once again I apologize for this taking up your time.
