First of all, I never initialed and/or signed the disclaimer that Brimley's is referring to nor was I required to sign it It’s located on the back side of their contract and my original copy will verify that I never signed it Secondly, I do have an opinion for one expert as to their shoddy workmanship that destroyed our sofa with their three separate back to back cleanings including the last one performed by their expert, the one that indicated the stains were caused by my wife’s calves I’m currently in the process of obtaining at least two additional professional opinions and will provide them to the Revdex.com once I receive themThirdly, Brimley's sent a check to me in the amount of $which is not acceptable unless I receive additional check in the amount of $to cover the cost of replacing our sofa Lastly, this whole process could be brought to a close if Brimley's would simply submit a claim to their insurance company for their incompetent work

On 9-26-Brimley's cleaned our sofa sectional & 9'x10' rugAfter examining the sectional I denoted tremendous discoloration in bottom portion of the lower part and several areas on the cushionsThe stains weren't were there prior to the 1st technicianAfter complaining, the general manager Joann Talbot, she said she would send out her #person to take care of the issueThe actual person that showed up only had years’ experience and brought a newbie trainee with himThey both took turns in the re-cleaning and I notice the trainer applying a lot of pressure while cleaning while he was cleaningAfterwards the lead guy said everything looked good but wait for 3-hours for it to dry and then examine itIt took two days for the cushions to dry at which time I noticed a tear in one of the cushionsWith further examination I saw lot of discoloration throughout the sectional, and some on the cushionsI sent Joann an email & sent her a certified letter requesting that

We have been in touch with Mr *** and regret that he is dissatisfied with our servicesWe have stood behind our cleaning and efforts and our willingness to do the best job we can on the cleaning, even returning twice to re-clean for freeWe are willing to return again to try a different
treatment, but Mr*** refusesWe will, according to our customer satisfaction policy, refund the full amount of the cleaning, but we consider it unfair for us to purchase a new couch for this customer when the situation is beyond our control and was not due to poor workmanshipMr *** signed our disclaimer sheet (example attached) that makes customers aware of potential issues that can come about when cleaning upholstery

In my last phone interaction with Mr***, I explained that in my professional opinion, it looked like the couch had a watermark on it, which could be corrected with an acidic rinseI offered to have the couch picked up and moved to our facility, where we could perform a treatment and monitor the couch while it dried and perform additional treatment as requiredMr*** refused. Since the customer has refused additional attempts to resolve the issue and did sign a disclaimer form authorizing us to clean, we do not feel it fair to replace his couch.Attached is the signed disclaimer form.Mike

I had a 2-man team (Jon & Phil); and, they were both outstanding! Professional, detail oriented, and they made my carpet look new again! I have used Brimleys for tile, upholstery and carpet cleaning They never disappoint I was able to schedule my appointment with only two day notice!
