My contact person [redacted] was extremely thorough in following up and keeping in touch with updatesMy roof was completed in a timely manner with no problems what so ever and looks great! I would definitely refer this company to friends and family

As soon as Brink Roofing was made aware of this repair, it was promptly fixed We take pride in our customer service and make any repairs a priority on our building scheduleI spoke with [redacted] personally and we figured out why she was unable to get ahold of us The phone number she had been calling belonged to an employee that was no longer with us Our office contact information is listed on all of our contracts as well as our website and [redacted] page We moved a few doors down from where we were a couple years ago due to a need for more space We are located in the same office just down to Suite 303We apologize for any frustration this may have caused you and are happy this issue was resolved [redacted] ***

Brink roofing took months to do a roof on my 1300sq ft houseIn those months, I dealt w/ lies, date push backs, and much more problemsThey sent a crew to do the job who did not even speak English (not word of it) and their employee who was "overseeing" the job, couldn't even communicate with the workersThey were paid 1/payment within week of agreed timeframe, and months later they finished the jobThey left the dumpster on the side of my house for over a week after job was doneThere was nothing good about this companyI would hire the people they hired to do my roof before going back to Brink (which by the way, they hired different contractors to do my roof which is why they couldn't communicate with them)

I currently needed to replace my roof and was recommended by a realtor to use Brinks Brinks was professional on handling my needs and looking at best options to meet that need A special thank you goes to *** * a representative that came out and inspected my roof and helped cut back some tree limbs that were hanging over the roof After the work was completed, I was satisfied with the roof and service that I received Thank you for the positive experience

These statements are completely invalidWe at Brink Roofing have no affiliation with *** ***, nor had we heard of their company until receiving this complaintWe had no idea that this customer was unhappy or concerned until receiving this complaintTo this day we have not received a verbal
or written request from the property owner *** *** to correspond with her Daughter who wrote this complaintTo our knowledge *** *** daughter who made this complaint has no legal rights or authority from the actual property owner to file claims or make any decisions regarding this propertySince this was received We have found out that *** *** was working for *** *** and is no longer with Brink Roofing as it is against our policy to have a representative of Brink Roofing affiliated with multiple companies for multiple reasonsOur customer Is the Property owner *** *** (not her daughter)*** *** was originally unable to afford a full roof replacement with the amount allocated by the insurance carrier Instead of just moving on like most companies would do our office has gone above and beyond to correspond further with the carrier by sending additional estimates using the expensive insurance software to validate the numbers*** *** was told that this process could take 30-extra days to complete and agreed do wait for us to come to an agreement on pricing with her carrierThe initial check received from *** *** was to be refunded if we could not come to an agreement on pricing for any reasonWe also worked out a payment plan of $dollars per month for months to cover her $dollar deductible!
Now that the additional money's have been received by *** *** her daughter wants to get involved and cancel her mothers agreement with us illegitimately for some reasonAfter receiving this complaint and several attempts to contact *** *** and her daughter to schedule the build and address any concerns we've determined best to comply with the request for refund which has already been received by the ***We see these types of situations many times when a family member wants to somehow profit from the insurance claim which is completely fraudulentThese allegations are being made by someone who is completely misinformed and has no rights to do soWe have bent over backwards for this customer since the beginning of the agreement, removed the previous rep *** from the situation and have been more than compliant with all requests

I am rejecting this response because:  Some monies returned, not all. They kept 20% for admin cost they said via the check-stub.  That's ridiculous!  The property owner is our mother, and we have the right to speak on her behalf; especially, when dealing with companies that have unethical standards.  The company that referred these folks have been notified (for senior's relief) as well. Why would a contractor negotiate additional monies with the homeowner (81 years of age) instead of the mortgage company (who's paying the bill)  If our statements were untrue and you're not affiliated...how would you know to refund monies? And where to send these monies if you're not the same company?  If you hired the same guy...can the way you do business - reputation is huge.
Thank [redacted] for Revdex.com that allow consumers to complain and expose unethical businesses.  There is a standard when you agreed to use Revdex.com on your place of business and business-cards. As consumers, expect the best.

Brink roofing took 2 months to do a roof on my 1300sq ft house. In those 2 months, I dealt w/ lies, date push backs, and much more problems. They sent a crew to do the job who did not even speak English (not 1 word of it) and their employee who was "overseeing" the job, couldn't even communicate with the workers. They were paid 1/2 payment within 1 week of agreed timeframe, and 2 months later they finished the job. They left the dumpster on the side of my house for over a week after job was done. I contacted Brink Roofing through a door handle post was left on my door. When I called a gentleman answered my phone and I requested a roof inspection on my property. Brink Roofing arranged an inspection on my property. inspector who came was a really nice experience sales person, explain to me whole procedure. Within 3 weeks from start to finish my new roof was completed. Brink Roofing helped me to do all the necessary paper work, walk me through every step.
I must say that I have really great experience with Brink Roofing and would not mind to refer them to my friends and family members. Great Job Brink Roofing.
