Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is no satisfaction from him just more of the same excusesHe either did not check the ball joints or ignored to fix them hoping the customer would not find the problemAgain [redacted] would not of said the ball joints were bad if indeed they notI have dealt with them for years and trust there judgement.I would rather settle the matter here before seeking legal advice on the materI feel it is a safety issue and will pursue that if need be.Sincerely, [redacted]
As to the response from [redacted] , He took Ford Fand had repairs done at [redacted] , and then sent us a letter that there was a problemIf he would have called or came in our shop FIRST we would have taken care of the problemAfter the fact it is hard for us to fix it Thank You Brinks Car Sales [redacted] Pres
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: *** *** *** is a reputable repair shop and would not have told me that the ball joints were bad if in fact they were notI trust them to take care of my vehicles and never have a problem After signing TWO " AS IS" papers at the dealer and them telling about them again ---I am sure they would have fixed the ball jointsThat would be a first from a dealer!!! Why do they have the forms to start with???? May I should have just run the truck and got into a wreck and sued themThe ball joints were bad and they either did not check them OR they ignored the fact hoping I would not find the problem!!! I still feel that they are liable for the cost and associated cost with the repair of the ball joints.Sincerely,*** ***

I sold Ford Fto customer on June 4, onJune 8, I transferred title, weeks later customers wife camein and picked up new plates & registration, She did not say therewas any problem with the pickupFord Fwas inspected,and was safe for the road, (see safety check
service sheet).This wasa used pickup and sold as-isCustomer never called or came in tosay there was a problem with the pickup, after driving miles,to give us a chance to look at itThe first information I got was in aletter from the customer after he took it to a repair shop on 7/14/15and had ball joints changed & alignedI went to this repair shopand talked to them about this, they said that the ball joints were notunsafe to driveAfter he has had the work done at another shop itis hard for us to help or fix it
