This is a awesome companyWe live in Wylie TX and are the *** Family and have owned our home for over years and hired Brinker Construction to handle our roof damage on our home from Hail Damage from March 23rdThey had Brendan that works for them that is very professional and was out here with the adjuster from our insurance company to make sure everything was pointed out that was damaged from the hail storm to make sure nothing was missed from the damage.What a blessingBrendan was very knowledgeable making sure all damage was not missed from the adjusterThen we met with Brinker's Team and for our new roof to be completed and other damage and upgraded to a architectural shingle Then right before our date to have our roof done we had a Catastrophe On Monday April at pm with one of the largest Hail storms to hit Wylie TXWe had grapefruit size hail !!! We were so scared we thought our roof was caving in and our windows were busting out glass and rain and hail were blowing in our house and water was leaking and pouring everywhere We called Brendan after everything was calmed down and he came over and told us not to worry they would come over sometime in the middle of the night to cover all the holes in the roofHe said he never seen hail that big and we had huge holes all in our roof that had to be covered and they had to take care of all their customers in Wylie so they were going to work all night and he would be back sometime in the middle of the night to cover all the holes in the roof with their teams
Sure enough at around midnight there was a crew up on the roof hammering away covering the holesWhen I went out there the crew included the owner ***He is a awesome guy he stated he lived in Wylie and had damage at his house but he was out and working helping all his customers in Wylie at this time of need in the community.The very next day we were still nervous trying to get ourselves together from going through a hail storm that was something I hope nobody has to ever experience and everyone was out trying excess the damage and putting tarps on their roofs and Brendan calls and said they were putting our roof on todayWe were shocked We had talked to a adjuster from another state and she said they could not start because of all the other damage but *** the owner of Brinker called our Insurance and she called back and said yes they were given the okay to put the Roof on *** knows how to deal with your insurance company wowWe were the only one putting a roof on while every else were putting tarps upBrinker Construction did a awesome job on our roof and the architectural shinge looks great .Brinker will take care of you as a customer and I would highly recommend them.Thank you Brinker Construction You treated us like your family*** and Barbara ***
