My revised response to Complaint ID: [redacted] Through my inquiring about this event I found On Memorial Day 5/28/our One Hour Air Conditioning office was closed and our call center dispatched a tech to [redacted] **in Corpus ChristiOur One Hour Air Conditioning technician found the evaporator was frozen solid and needed to be completely thawed out before a complete diagnosis could be performedThe technician told the client he would need to thaw out for about to hrs and he would return before the end of his day and diagnose the problem [redacted] our manager on call talked to [redacted] that evening and told him that we would have the technician there before the end of the dayIt was around 8PM still daylight out on 5/28/our technician talked to the customer and heard the complaint from her about it being too late to come back out that evening [redacted] was contacted by the technician and offered to wave the service fee and send the tech even though it is near the end of the day, but the customer canceled the appointment The next morning [redacted] double checked with the customer and was told that they already had someone else repair the system We did not collect fee for the call and do not see where One Hour Air Conditioning owes customer any amountWe strive to provide a service with great value and satisfaction to our customers and regret seeing any customer cancel service with usThe client has a service and repair plan with HWA however the repairs must be dispatched from a authorized HWA service location

This letter is in response to Complaint ID ***.Mr*** contacted us to resolve his cooling needsWe were able to work with him to find a solution that accommodated his budgetIn order to help accommodate Mr***'s budget constraints, we were able to apply certain discounts
available to him, as noted on the attached invoice.Mr*** authorized the work and provided us with a down payment in the amount of $He then approved the completed work and paid the balance due of $1327.00.Mr*** subsequently contacted us for an itemized list of chargesWe advised him, that we are registered as a lump sum contractor with the State of Texas and provide many of our customers with upfront, flat rate pricing for equipment replacements and work performedTherefore, the invoices we provide do not include itemized charges, but do list materials used and work performed to complete repairs.We take pride in being a Revdex.com accredited business and make sure to respond promptly to any communications from dissatisfied consumers and always attempt to reach an equitable resolutionWe feel as though we have done everything possible to provide Mr*** with the high standard of service that we provide to each and every one of our customers and the equipment he needed, at a reasonable price, to solve his cooling needs.Thank you for your consideration and assistance in resolving this matterSincerely,*** ***Customer Care AdvocateOne Hour Air Conditioning and Heating
