I called to reserve a pontoon boat for July 4thThe day before I called to cancel the reservation because members had to back out due to military ordersEmployee said they had no record of my reservationThe next day Gilligan's called and informed me they are going to charge me $anyway for not showing upAfter pleading with the manager and explaining my situation he said to me "That's how its going to be huh? well, I have your credit card number and information so I am charging you anyway."
While reserving the boat over the phone, employees failed to deliver the companies policy on cancellation fees or anything for that matter, and they told me "you won't be charged anything, we just need a credit card on file to hold your spot" and that was itI never signed any forms, and I was never told about any policy since it was done over the phone
The manager was extremely rude and unprofessionalBef
