response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been I did NOT place a duplicate order!!! THEIR website gave me an error message that the order was not processed, meanwhile (apparently) processing the order!!!!! When I got the "order could not be processed" message from ***, I tried a second time! I received the same error message!!! What a great plan for Lokai to generate revenue! And then tell the customer "no returns!" Absolute ridiculous! The transactions were simultaneous, which is certainly indicative of receiving an error message while "checking out!" In addition, I was charged shipping TWICE because of THEIR website error!
