We have never had a customer by the name of [redacted] ***, however a individual with he same name has tried to extort this company on two or more occasions.We have filled initial police reports on this individual and are expecting a subpoena to appear before the grand jury any day now in reference to this offenseby this individualWe expect to have a arrest warrant issued on him for these actions in the near future for this illegal act

I could sit and debate this unstable claimant, however I will respond with this business was sold in December and Tazewell Used Furniture is no longer in businessas the owner dissolved the assets upon its sale If this was a valid complaint, why did it take someone months to file a complaint

David Hess, you state I was not a customer but in fact my signature is on the contract along with my wifesAlso it was your company that came to my house to move my furnitureNot to mention the receipt I have stating otherwise as well.You should really check to see what the license you carried at the time you moved my furniture entitlesPer the DMV ( which will be conducting their own investigation) you legally could not have moved my furniture. Extortion? I think notYou should really look up the definitionI also fear you may not understand how the court system worksHow can I be charged in front of a grand jury when I haven't even been notified to appear in courtThe law is not made for you to be fabricated and bend at your own will. Furthermore, you made no attempt to fix my furnitureYou made no attempt to make things rightI can only assume you did not turn my claim into your insuranceI simply don't understand what you expect when your company shows up lacking the tools and the proper equipment to protect my investmentsIt's bad practice to tell a customer one thing only to go back on your word.

People need to be aware of this place Other people have been ripped off and left it on their facebook page as well as me

We have never had a customer shop at our store, or make a purchase at our store by the name of *** ***.He filed the complaint saying we were rude, however he has never been a customer of ours to be rude too

I have never had *** *** as a customer, he is now attemtping to get his way as a child would by attempting to discredit others alledging nowthat we do not have a movers licenseLike a child throwing a tantrum to get there way.....We again state that we have never had a *** *** as a cutomerHe should be formally charged on or about Novermber 17th before the grand jury with two counts of extortion

Upon the advise of my atttorneu who was representing me at the time advised me not to file the report with the Revdex.com. SINCE now she no longer represents me to the the length of time it has taken her to reach a compromise with the business.  And. Ow that he has allegedly sold the business, naturally he is going to deny any wrong doing. But people need to know that anytime this individuals name is affiliated with any type of business, they are entitled to know his work ethics. The destruction of my personal property that was entrusted into his care was neglected and abused. Which in return has cost me, the customer, suffering and aggravation because of his business. This business was adamant of no wrong doing. However, I am attempting to contact former customers and employees who assist in the complaint

I have proof of receipts proving my wife, *** *** and I put a deposite on services with this company. The only criminal acts done here are carried out by Tazewell movers and it's owner David Hess. Illegally moving my furniture knowing his company did not have the proper license. My wife and I attempted to contact David Hess to resolve the matter in a professional mannor. At which point lie after lie was fabricated by David in what seemed a last ditch effort to try and get his way out of a fixing what his company broke.We request tazewell moving company make this right so we all can move on with our lifes.

I haven't spoke with anyone since initial purchase.

I have never spoke with with or met Mrs [redacted]. It is our company policy to not offer cash refunds. This is clearly indicated in our store in several different places. See attached photos. We will gladly offer an exchange of equal value of anything in our store.Once legal action is mentioned, as it was by Mr [redacted] it is our policy to refer matters to our corporate attorney.

The person spoke with my husband and said we would have a refund in 10 business days on our card.  When that did not happen we were told he was wanting our address to mail a check my husband offered to go and pick it up and was told no.  We waited on that for over 5 days when that show up we filed a dispute with our card company. Still no refund and Almost a month later.
