complaint. They found a crack in the upper section of the tank, which is why it might have got missed during our check of the unit. The tank would only leak if the tank was full. We ordered the tank, received it 08/08/2016 and communicated with the customer the issue . We fixed the issue at no cost to the customer and delivered the unit back to his home. I personally have talked to [redacted] multiple times ,as frequently as yesterday checking on his situation. He seemed very happy and even spoke about looking in to the Revdex.com site to check on how to remove or correct the complaint .
