I hired Fred Brinson to perform a photo shoot, on May 19th,2020, which we agreed on a set price of $200.00, which was paid in advance. Upon completion of the project Mr. BRINSON refused to produce my photos, demanding a ridiculous price in order for him to deliver my photos. Also there is other information from a previous photo shoot,which was paid for at the time of service 2 years ago. The information was ordered for a documentary and Mr. Brinson is refusing to produce the work I ordered and is using my photos for advertisement at this time. I would like all of my information delivered to me as soon as possible.
