The absolute best in Saint Louis for lasik and other vision correcting surgeries like ICL, the one I received. I want to thank Dr. *** and Dr. *** for being so knowledgeable and amazing. They’ve already made a life changing impact on my day to day life. The gift of sight is one I will forever be thankful for. Everything was perfect from Claire at the front desk, to the spa like ambiance, the refreshments, the most incredible med techs like Elise and Allison who genuinely cared for my well being. From the very first phone call I’ve been impressed with Brinton Vision...and they dramatically exceeded my expectations since. Every single member of the staff I’ve encountered are top-notch. The office is gorgeous, the equipment is highly sophisticated, and the doctors are confident and knowledgeable. My Visian ICL surgery went perfectly and I had no complications. I first came to *** Vision from a friend’s referral. I had been to a big box LASIK center and was told that my astigmatism was too steep for LASIK. My friend told me that Dr. *** is often able to treat problems that other doctors can’t because he has the lasers and training to do seven different procedures, not just LASIK.
I have to admit, I was a little cynical at first. When I went to the other place, I felt like I was getting a big sales pitch, and as soon as they found out I was not a candidate, they were done with me. By wow. When I stepped into *** Vision’s beautiful office, it was clear from the moment I walked in that this place was different.
*** Vision is like a fantastic spa. It’s beautiful and every patient is made to feel completely special. The staff greets you by name and remembers you each time you come. They even offer drinks and snacks while you wait.
I had an incredibly comprehensive diagnostic process. I was taken into a room with several high-tech machines that measure and chart absolutely everything in your eyes. The person who walked me through this painless process was thorough and explained everything he was doing as we went from machine to machine.
When it came time to see Dr. ***, first I was surprised by how young he looked (he went to Harvard and has won all sorts of high awards, so I thought he would be much older), but the biggest surprise was that he spent what felt like all the time in the world explaining my results and talking to me about my options. He never once made me feel pressured; he only gave me the information I needed to empower me to make my own decision about what I wanted my vision to be for the rest of my life. I was thrilled to find that, not only did I have options, but with *** financing, I could get my surgery with zero interest and spread out my payments to be really affordable.
Surgery went great (I had ICL) and I am seeing better than I have in my life without having to remember where I put my glasses or to take out my contacts. It has been absolutely wonderful. And to think I may have listened when I was told there were no options for me!
