Review: I had contacted Brinton's RV about purchasing my 2011 Shasta Revere Camper. We had met onsite at the campground I had it parked at to discuss pricing for the camper and consignment options on his lot. While he was there, there were items in the camper that needed to be fixed. I had asked [redacted] if he wanted to take care of the problems, later that day I had met him at his office with the list of all the items I had needed completed. Two weeks had went by without hearing from [redacted] figuring the items were being taken care of, mean while I had ended up selling the camper online. I had left two messages for [redacted] to find out how he was making out with the repairs and I had also stated to him the camper had been sold and I had needed the repairs fixed. Both messages were unreturned. The third time I had called [redacted] finally answered the phone, I had asked him how he was making out with the repairs and he had stated that he had not even got started on them yet. I had explained to [redacted] that the person that had bought the camper was coming at the end of the week to pick up the camper. I asked him if he was able to have everything completed by then, and he stated he wasn't sure and to call him on Thursday to see how he was making out. Since [redacted] was unable to give me a definite answer, I had contacted Cox's RV to complete the repairs. They said they would be able to be out the very next day to complete all the repairs that I had given [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] and told him that I did not need him to complete the work. Two weeks later I had received a invoice for $80.00 for "Labor to Consult on Repairs / Service Call". [redacted] had never once mentioned any fees or charges for this consultation. So I had contacted him about the invoice and was hung up on. Two weeks later he charged my credit card without my authorization. At this time I had contacted my credit card company and that transaction is being investigated.Desired Settlement: I want the invoice he had sent me to be discarded.
