I am rejecting this response because:I will accept the Brio Builders response when he proves that this is not just another lie and/or delaying tactic. It has been over a year since this project was supposed to have been completed. He has said before multiple times that he would fix the problems that he created. Why should I believe him now? The "unexpected lengthy rains" did not wash out his work. The rains exposed the fact that the work that he did complete did not solve the original problem as I stated in the original complaint.Again, if he actually shows up and completes the work satisfactorily, then I will accept his response.
