I am rejecting this response because:
I will accept the Brio Builders response when he proves that this is not just another lie and/or delaying tactic. It has been over a year since this project was supposed to have been completed. He has said before multiple times that he would fix the problems that he created. Why should I believe him now? The "unexpected lengthy rains" did not wash out his work. The rains exposed the fact that the work that he did complete did not solve the original problem as I stated in the original complaintAgain, if he actually shows up and completes the work satisfactorily, then I will accept his response.

Brio Builders (JCT Builders - previous name) We hired Jim T*** to remodel our master bathroom He informed us that he had remodeled several bathrooms and that he was experienced with this type of work However, we learned the hard way and he did not have experience with this type of work He is an experienced painter Jim wasted our time, money and efforts This was a total DISASTER!!!!
He terminated his contract when he saw the mess he had done in our master bathroom He was so overwhelmed and elected to walk out He said he was a man of integrity and that he would make it right; however, he bailed out and left his mess behindThe overall project is of poor workmanship! The shower tile was not installed correctly and it was evident that the shower walls were never measured They installed two shades of color tiles (brown and grey) and never noticed the color differences Tiles were cut incorrectly and installed damaged (chipped) There were spacing issues, alignment issues, lippage issues, and grout issues The tile for the shower floor had wire sticking out and he did not see a problem with thisThe bathroom floor tile had spacing and lippage issues and insufficient groutThe mortar was mixed on my living room carpet and bedroom carpet with nothing underneath to protect the carpet This stained my carpet and walls They did not seal off the doors where they were working so the dust went all over my homeJim informed us that he had referrals for vanities, doors and bathroom accessories When we asked him for the references he could not articulate any resourcesLearned a valuable lesson!!!!!
