Tell us whIn response to complaint: [redacted] ***’s complaint was handled on July 3rd, He acknowledged that his paper work was only for a gold warranty (even though he had priced both gold and platinum) and that he was only charged for the gold warrantyEvergreen is working for an upgrade in policyHe was also happy we would help on any inconvenience costsAnd also, [redacted] was given a “free” oil and filter change For years customer satisfaction has always been Evergreen RVs most important goal!
