Broker (buyer) has knowledge of title transfer issue: 1- out of state title (Virginia) 2-death of original owner3- wife donated to church in San Antoniocorrespondence was done via mail which prolonged the transfer of title.Have send broker a copy of license receipt showing transfer to

We appreciate Mrand Mrs*** business! Evergreen always tries to be very up front
with all customers. We offer many “extras”
to consignors to help sell their units quickly!
Evergreen also makes all consignors aware of all and any offers made on
their units.
They may accept or wait for
the next offer. We have been very
successful in moving customer’s units in expedient manner! Our apologies for not getting their check to
the *** in 7-days. Even with
holidays and vacations and our busiest season, we should have not dropped the
ball. The *** did receive their check
right after our conversation! Thank you

[redacted]’s complaint was handled on July 3rd, 2015. He acknowledged that his paper work was only for a gold warranty (even though he had priced both gold and platinum) and that he was only charged for the gold warranty. Evergreen is working for an...

upgrade in policy. He was also happy we would help on any inconvenience costs. And also, [redacted] was given a “free” oil and filter change.
For 20 years customer satisfaction has always been Evergreen RVs most important goal!

To Whom It May Concern:On April 1, 2017 - [redacted] agreed on a pre-purchase inspection for RV she was interested in purchasing.  Ms. [redacted] friend used her credit card to pay for the pre-inspection of $349.00.  Once the inspection was completed repairs were going to be costly to...

solidify sale of RV, therefore Mr. [redacted] agreed to refund the $349 and asked that Ms. [redacted] friend contact Evergreen to give finance office credit card information as we didn't  have a contact number or have the credit card information on file.On April 17th, Evergreen received a charge back notification from our credit card company in the amount of $349.00 stating no services were provided.  We notified the credit card company that the charge back was not warranted and that the customer was to contact Evergreen to give the name of card hold and credit card number so that a refund could be issued.Since we still had not heard from the customers friend, we got the information needed from the credit card company website (although this is not the way we normally retrieve the information) and issued a credit on April 18th in the amount of $349.00.I believe that this does settle the refund agreement with Ms. [redacted] and Evergreen RV.Sincerely,[redacted], PresidentEvergreen RV
