Brio On Ray

Brio on Ray is a new community, with newly constructed apartments in rent ready condition, available to move in right away, and apartments that are currently under construction, available to move into in upcoming monthsMr*** visited Brio on Ray and was shown vacant homes that are ready to move
in now, however his requested move in date was for nearly months out, August 31st. He was advised that the apartments he was being shown were available now, and given options for upcoming homesUnfortunately, the apartment Mr*** preferred was vacant now, and holding it nearly two months empty was not an optionAll three team members who worked with him did so in an effort to meet his needs, however, in the end, he was not satisfied with the fact that we would be unable to hold a vacant home until his desired move in date of August 31stAll the team members who met with him treated him respectfully and in no way treated him poorly for any reason, including raceWe would love to have Mr*** as a member of our community if we can find him an apartment that meets his needs in the timeframe he needs it

I was told to hold Apt #*** by the front desk member till August 30th which didn't happenAnd behavior was not professional at all on my second visit to the leasing officeI am no more interested in a aprtment for stay at Brio on RayI just wanted to make the authority know the pain and inconvenience I have gone through in my interaction with the leasing office
