Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On September 14th, I spoke with a manager regarding the stolen propertyI was informed by the manager that my property most likely disappeared because the restaurant is located in a very unsafe neighborhood and that it was highly likely that someone walked into the restaurant from the streets and stole the sunglassesI cannot think of anything less likelyMy property was not left in the bathroom, it was left on the table that I dined atAnd the sunglasses certainly were not stolen by a random thief on the street Management at Brio have been uncooperative and unhelpful in this matter; no one was willing to call me back until I began making formals complaints It is frustrating and sad that in what is supposed to be such a reputable, well-renowned restaurant, such unexpected and unfortunate events occurOffering absolutely no restitution for this matter is unacceptable Regards, Nicole [redacted]

Not Your Mother's Estate Sale is a business that operates under dubious terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, deceit, extortion and theft!
I contacted NotYourMother'sEstateSale, aka NYMES-owners Tammy W***-Vincent O***) to conduct an Estate Sale for a specified amount of furniture and items to be auctioned from my homeThe sale was to be executed as an online auction through www.NYMES.net in
Two armchairs that were not part of the Estate Sale, went missingTHESE CHAIRS WERE NOT PART OF THE SALE, nor has NYMES provided me with the name or a contact to reach the buyer after requesting this information several times from NYMES business owner, Tammy W***, through text, email and by phoneNYMES is responsible for the two missing chairs and has ignored requests on my part, to resolve the matter or return the chairs
Additionally, several pieces of furniture that were listed were sold FAR BELOW their value, due to Tammy W*** having ignored my request to put a reserve on itemsShe claimed it would "scare people away" yet other online auctions she currently operates have reserves on items being auctionedI was also never advised of pieces that may have a "higher dollar realization" or with "itemized personal reports on a daily basis"These are two statements they make on their site to gain potential listersDespite keeping past auctions up for viewing on their site, NYMES has since removed my listing from public view
Not only did NYMES/Tammy W*** refuse to honor requests to resolve issues with items that were stolen from the home, the company misrepresented themselves and their services, engaging in fraudulent business activity and in the practice of extortion, and allowing theft to occurThis harms both consumers and the economy

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to apologize to Ms*** regarding her unpleasant experience on July 29, at our Brio restaurant located in Newport, KentuckyWe are so sorry that we were not able to locate her sunglasses, however, we searched our restaurant looking for them and got
negative resultsWe take any complaint made by a Guest very seriousOur investigation of Ms***'s complaint concluded the following:Ms*** was a Guest at the Brio Newport location on July 29thShe and a couple of her friends had their dinner on the outdoor patioMs*** left the patio area and went inside to use the restroomAfter leaving the restroom, Ms*** went to the Hostess Stand, where the hostess on duty called for the General Manager to assist a GuestMs*** communicated to the General Manager (she talked to in person) that while in the restroom she realized that she did not have her sunglasses onThe General Manager asked Ms*** did she check the table as well as the restroom for her sunglasses, Ms*** replied she hadThe General Manager then told Ms*** that when they clean the restaurant with the lights up, they would look everywhere very closely and hopefully would find her glassesThe General Manager also asked for her contact information and promised if they found her glasses he would call herAccording to the General Manager they looked everywhere, however they did not find her SunglassesMs*** called a couple days later and the General Manager spoke with her and explained that they had looked everywhere for her glasses, however they could not find them.o The General Manager spoke with Ms*** again, a couple of weeks later and onceagain they attempted to find Ms***'s glasses.o On July 31, around 2:PM another Manager in the restaurant took a call from Ms*** regarding her sunglassesThe manager had been off for days and was unaware of Ms***'s lossMs*** told this manager her story and stated that she was not sure if she had left the sunglasses on the table or in the restroom.o The Manager took Ms***'s contact information and told her if the sunglasses werefound that they would contact her.o The Sever that waited on Ms*** the night she has dinner at Brio was asked aboutthe sunglasses as well.Ms*** had numerous conversations with members of the Management Team about the loss of her sunglassesBoth managers communicated to Ms*** if her glasses were found that they would contact herSince her sunglasses were not found, they felt there was no further conversation needed and that this had become a closed matter. While we are not happy that we could not find Ms*** sunglassesMs*** is not sure if she left her sunglasses in restroom or at the table outside where her friends were also seated (both are public areas)Based on the facts mentioned in this response, we do not feel responsible for this lost and therefore do not feel a need to reimburse Ms*** the $she is requesting in her complaintHowever, we do feel that this an unfortunate situation and we do not take pleasure in her lost or our inability to locate her sunglassesOur Management Team at Brio Newport felt that they did everything reasonably possible to look and search for MS***'s Sunglasses.Thank you for giving us the opportunity to investigate and respond to Ms***'s complaint

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On September 14th, 2014 I spoke with a manager regarding the stolen property. I was informed by the manager that my property most likely disappeared because the restaurant is located in a very unsafe neighborhood and that it was highly likely that someone walked into the restaurant   from the streets and stole the sunglasses. I cannot think of anything less likely. My property was not left in the bathroom, it was left on the table that I dined at. And the sunglasses certainly were not stolen by a random thief on the street.  Management at Brio have been uncooperative and unhelpful in this matter; no one was willing to call me back until I began making formals complaints.
It is frustrating and sad that in what is supposed to be such a reputable, well-renowned restaurant, such unexpected and unfortunate events occur. Offering absolutely no restitution for this matter is unacceptable.

I hired this company in the Spring of 2014. I needed to downsize as I was also going to be moving. I was greatly impressed with their professionalism. They were always on time with our meetings and phone calls prior to them coming to my home. Once there, they worked diligently and with respect with my late spouse's items. They were kind and caring throughout the entire process. They went about their work and cleaned up everything after photographing all the items as well as after the pickup. It was a wonderful and gracious experience. I have also purchased a number of items from various sales that they've done. Their item descriptions are accurate. I like doing business with them.

To whom it may concern:
Hello. [redacted] does not have a physical address for his business. I looked on his website and could not find anything. I honestly don't think he has an actual business license as well.
Thank you
