We are surprised by this complaint, especially as the work was done in March, 2015, and last we had spoken with this customer she seemed satisfied with our response to her initial complaint
We explained to her that the silicone we use is
the standard used in installationIt is what is used by everyone in the industry in the area, and we have never had a complaint in eight years of business about any odorThe customer admitted that her husband did not detect an odor eitherHe was home at the time of the installation, signed off with his approval of the job after inspection on completion, and never made any complaint about any noise, any dust, or an odorThe job was performed in a clean and orderly fashion
The customer's call three days after the completion of the job was addressed in a timely manner with respectAt this time, she told us she had been staying in a hotel room because the odor was so strong she could not walk in her homeWe suggested she might change her air filter and open her doors to help with the sensitivity, and she accepted the explanation and advice given, saying her husband had suggested the sameIf there was still an issue after this conversation, it was never conveyed to us in the four months since, and we are unsure of what she expected

Attached is paid invoice show that we never sign any contract with Mr. [redacted] He need contact with Select Kitchen regarding his warranty. we never give Mr. [redacted] any warranty. Mr. [redacted] keep calling our office and asking for copy of contract but he know well that he never sign any contract with Brioni...
