Review: My co-worker and I went in to Brions's on Friday November 1st, 2013. When we arrived at the establishment, it was around 1:35pm. The hostess was texting on her cell phone and looked up and said oh would you like to be seated? We replied yes, she then said do you want the buffet and we said yes. When we sat down, we immediately went and began serving ourselves at the buffett. We noticed that they pulled the fried chicken away from the buffett as we were coming up to serve ourselves, my coworked and I just assummed they would be refreshing the buffett item. We sat down and figured we would just come back to the buffet. We later were informed that the buffett was closing at 2pm and that the fried chicken would not be replenished due to the [redacted] soccer team having dietary restrictions. I asked to see the manager because this was all new to me and had we have known this we probably would have opted for another lunch location. When the manager came to our table, she was very rude, she never introduced her self and she did not even stop to ask us what the problems were before she just went into a scripted response. She put her foot up on the booth were my coworker was seated, this was extremely unprofessional. I explained to the Manager [redacted] that I did not appreaciate the unprofessionalisim and that I would like to call the owner of the establishment to seek a remedy. She walked off and threw her hands in the air and said, "the owners name is on the side of the building and I could look the number up myself"I think if you are going to be a manager, one needs to set themselves apart from the reset of the workers. I did not appreciate the lack of a introduction, the unprofessional dress, and the lack of respect for me and my co-worker as patrons to the establishment. In no manner did [redacted] try to remedy the issue with us the day of the incident.Respectfully,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a fully refund. I was emberressed as there were other patrons in the establishment. I think [redacted] needs some management training and sensitivity to customers training. I will never go back to Brion's Grill again.Respectfully,[redacted]

I am embarrassed that this happened and [redacted] is no longer employed here. I hope **. [redacted] would give us a second chance and in some small way, this letter, refund and gift card makes up for the horrible experience.

I have been here for 25 years and wish **. [redacted] will try us again, and give me a chance to show him that I do care, and will give him an enjoyable experience.
