To Whom it May Concern,I've had several ongoing problems, including no response, with the Durham based company managing my rental properties, Briscoe Enterprises, L.L.C..The following is a copy of the certified letter I sent to Briscoe Enterprises, L.L.C. 09/19/2015 detailing a few of the major problems;September 19, [redacted], NC 27701Mr. [redacted]I am writing to you, in your role as my properties manager, via certified mail due to no response to my calls, my texts or my emails.The following is a brief listing of the major issues;*Regarding the theft which occurred under your management, [redacted] has now deemed the insurance claim "inactive" after my repeated attempts via phone, text and email requesting you forward the necessary information. The [redacted] Agent handling the case has informed me they have made several attempts to contact you, as well, all with no response. Please, contact [redacted] today.*This week I received another new Notice of Violation from the City of Durham. The previous Notice of Violation, to which you assured me you would make the necessary repairs and the repairs were not executed, ended with me paying the assessment on March 4, 2015. Please, take care of the current violations today (Case #:[redacted]) to avoid my paying another fine.*Tax Year 2014 1099 Form reflected payments which were never made to me. This forced me to pay taxes on money I had not received. You have yet to issue an Amended Tax Year 2014 1099 Form. Please, issue the amended 1099 Form today.*NO payments have been made for the entire 2015 calendar year.Please, send a certified check in the amount of $27,000 (monthly rents of $450 per each of the [redacted] duplexes (total $18,000) and $900 for the[redacted] Single Family (total $9,000) for 2015) on or before 10/03/2015.
