I switched to Utah Broadband, as an internet provider, because of issues with my previous internet provider I have been with them since may, and since then I have not had Internet on several occurrences When I contact their technical services department, I go through several trouble shooting procedures with them, and the only conclusion that they can claim as to be the problem, "Your router is defective," according to one of the technicians I have purchased different routers, and even brought one home from work that I could borrow for a few days to check the problem out No matter what happens, I get the same response I don't believe that the router is at fault, but the equipment on the other end is defective and Utah Broadband, doesn't want to admit that they have a problem I have been paying for internet and not been able to use it for days at a time I can't count the number of times that I have called, and they tell me the same response, and that they would document

This business provides internet serves, I have had problems receiving the internet speed I was paying for, have complained about the speed fluctuating for almost four years, I receive promises that they will fix the problem, lately I have been calling almost daily and finally they send out a technician who was not able to fix the problemhe stated he would be back, this was two to three weeks ago, has never come back, they wont or rarely return my callswhen questioned about this they say they have been calling, although I have not any missed callsI think their business practices are some what un-ethical and I have no choice but to cancel my service, which leaves me with only one company to get internet through, or use my phone as a hot spot which works much better then Utah Broadbandtotally disgusted with them
