Ice dispenser not working. Called Brisk because they offered free service call with repair. Matt came out and determined a part was broken and the coils need cleaning. Wrote up an estimate for 1.5 labor hours. When I said we woild clean the coils, he removed that from the estimate but did not change the labor hours. When I questioned that, he said it included his that day (about 20 minutes). After getting the part he returned and replaced the broken one (about 20 minutes). When I again questioned the labor hours, he said it now included the time to pickup and deliver the part. When I said I would file a complaint, he wrote that at the bottom of the estimate. The story kept changing, so judge for yourself.
