To whom it may concern,I have received a complaint in the mail apparently filed by a person I did business withTo set the facts straight, I installed brand new, both a toilet and (2)slide bars as agreed uponI purchased the items myself and have installed both items a number of times in the past Up until now I have not had anybody complain and demand that they want me to remove the new toilet that I just installed, and replace it with a different one because his “feces smears on the porcelain when he uses the toilet”Quite frankly if you ask me, I do not feel that is a justified reason and that it is not right to ask that of meI feel that is a personal problemAlso, I am not able to return and get my money back for a used toiletOn top of that also note the fact that I normally do not purchase plumbing fixtures and bath accessories due to the fact that each individual has there own style and preferenceThough, Mr [redacted] requested that I pick up something “simple” and “standard”, in which that is exactly what I didYet now he complains, when this could have been avoided had he already had his choices picked out prior.? As for the (2) slide bars, though it is installed correctly and it works exactly as it was designed to do, Mr [redacted] claims that both holsters attached to the slide bar droop down when he walks away from taking a showerHe had mentioned this issue to me multiple times after I installed the slide barsThough upon inspecting the two items, I found that there was no issueYet Mr [redacted] claims that “it only happens minutes after he takes a shower.” I tested it multiple timesSince the holster is held in place by a tension knob, I suggested maybe he is not tightening it enough in placeNote that the product does tighten within reasonable effortI even went so far as to going all the way down to the plumbing warehouse with Mr [redacted] where I purchased the items and asked one of the long time employees and professionals if this was something he has ever heard of or encountered before so Mr [redacted] can hear it for himselfAs the employee looked at me in surprise and confusion considering Mr***s claimed both slide bars were faulty, he simply said noI mean what are the chances of both slide bars being faulty and not doing what they were designed to do? After all of the non sense about the original installed slide bars, Mr [redacted] decided to purchase two new slide bars for me to replaceAt first I took them with me with the intention to install them but later returned them in which they were credited back to Mr***, because of the fact that I was leaving on a business trip and wouldn’t be able to do him that favor....and I say favor because I know changing out those slide bars isn’t really necessary and it wasn’t part of our original agreement.? All in all this was a bad experience for me working with Mr***I have tried hard to go above and beyond for Mr***Though I find that he is inconsiderate, disorganized, and unreasonablePrior to starting the job I even went so far as to taking time out of my busy schedule during the late evening to help Mr [redacted] and his wife pick out tiles for his showerI put up with a grueling hours of him and his wife bickering back and forth about style preferencesI didn’t need to and I didn’t charge him anything for my time and expertise...and we both know time is moneyThe hourly rate that I charge would easily surpass the cost that Mr [redacted] thinks I owe him overallNot to also mention, nearing the end of the project he and his wife took a boat cruise and I had to wait over weeks to get a final check from him after the fact that I completed the jobSo with all due respect to the Revdex.com, I think Mr***’s claim and complaint is TOTAL BOGUS & INVALID.Sincerely,Brison

I am rejecting this response because:Brison states that he is doing me a favor, and I will admit that if I held onto the final payment until the corrections he promised to make were completed there would be he would be making no such claimThere were issues with the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, and after bringing this to his attention, he installed a different model, with my approval, in the downstairs bathroomHe also promised to buy that same toilet for and replace the toilet in the upstairs bathroom.(at my expense, but he got mad because I wouldn't give my credit card information over the phone?)It doesn't matter what he thinks about the slidesI was not happy with the installed ones because they gave us problems with dropping and falling out of the holderI bought new slides with him present, again, with his promise that he was going to install themYou can't run a business like thisIf he was having problems as he stated with me being so dis-organized, maybe he shouldn't have taken the job for the downstairs renovationI always believed that the customer is always rightI made no unjust or off the wall demandsI stated what I wanted corrected and he agreed to make the correctionsNow Brison is claiming he is doing me a favor after we spent close to $20,for his work
