vertical blinds and the two door stops were determined by the inventory and inspection form that was turned in by the resident upon move-in with the previous management company. Due to the fact that the resident did not have a positive experience while under management with the previous company, and the fact that these items could have been an issue prior to Bristile Properties taking over, we have agreed to refund the $145 per the tenant's request.
