Dear ***:We can ensure you that our salesman did not make any verbal or written promises to our customerWe very thoroughly explained to our customer that he is buying said vehicle as-isCustomer read, understood, and signed the delivery report which clearly stated that there were no items owed post deliveryThe report also states the customer has the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the purchasePer Pennsylvania law, a used car dealer is not responsible for the Pennsylvania state inspectionPlease see the attached documents.We explained to the customer that in consideration of the low price of the vehicle, $instead of $5000, which is the average retail price by ***, and additional $discount that the customer negotiated from our sales associate, the customer decided to have the vehicle delivered as is and will not hold us, the dealer or our agents liable for anything that may happen to said car at any time in the future(See attached documents)Customer understood what was explained and signed written statements, buyers guide, delivery report, and Warranty disclaimer(See attached documents)He also signed a contract which stated he understood that he bought the car below retail value, as well as $deducted from the already very low priceWe presented a contract to *** *** which stated that we did not have any items or promises (i.eno promises made to inspect the car for the customer or to fix up damages) owed to him post delivery which he also agreed to the terms as well as signed(See attached documents)While we hate to see customers unhappy, we hope you can see with the attachments that he was aware of everything he stated in his complaint before the deal was completeWe hope this can clear up any misunderstandings with The Revdex.com as well as our former customer *** ***Our main goal for our business is to provide excellent service and help anyone who asks for our helpPlease let us know if you have any further questionsRegardsPaul H*** 5/16/

Only thing I know for a fact Bobby D[redacted] the guy who sold it to me gave me a verbal 30 days or 1000 miles on the engine and transmission. Oh and they did not take off $500.00 off the price . I had to take it to my mechanic for all repairs which is on going. Thank God I have a mechanic who works with my budget and let's me pay off the bill because it was over $2,500.00 and I still have to get the valve cover gasket oil leak fixed. If you want you can contact my mechanic at [redacted] and service if you don't believe me.
