Review: Had gone to get a regular car wash, they have a custom of writing on the front windshield along with the side window to show the other workers what soaps to use as the worker was doing so he scratched both my windshield and side window. Beside the scratches given to the vehicle, the car was not completely washed and the service was horrible! Manager and owner extremely rude!!! Owner shouting and not being understanding and did not want to show any video of the workers cleaning the vehicle!Desired Settlement: Replace windshield with OEM BMW windshield and OEM BMW rear window were the two scratches were done.

To verify the package a customer purchases, Bristol Speedwash Inc. uses washable soap,that is very light to the touch to identify it which is written on every cars windshield. It is non-existant that this soap could scratch a windshield. We wash hundreds of cars a day and it never scratches. We appreciate your time to provide feedback to our wash experience. Review: I purchased two prepaid car wash gift cards from this company each good for 5 washes. Each was valued at $19.95. These pre paid wash gift card had no expiration date on them when I purchased them. I did purchase them over 3 years ago but with CA law on gift cards not exiring I did not worry. I went to this location on 4/23 to use them. I was told they have new owners and even changed the name of the car wash. It is my understadning when you purchase a business you purchase its assets and liabilities. I am not sure this is even the case since the name still comes up as Bristol Car Wash on the Revdex.com site. These pre paid car wash gift cards total over $200.00. They refused to honor them even without the expiration and even with the Super Wash they now offer only being $16. As I was talking with the manager the guys had already started vacumming my car. I want to just leave since I wasnt able to use my cards but they had already started. So relucently I paid for the $16 was. Then I asked the cashier for a business card of the man I was speaking with and told her he refuesed to take my prepaid cards. All the while he was in an arguement with another custoemr unhappy about the poor wash job. As I sit there waiting for my car the manager came up and said to me since you are out so much money how about I shampoo your floor mats and put armor all on the tires. $10 worth of services for the $200 I paid. I decline and left. I think the company should honor their debt and refund me the $200 I paid for these gift cards.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $200 I paid for the prepaid car wash gift cards. I will not visit this establishment again even if they say they will honor them.

I have $200 in car wash gift cards purchased there. According to CA state law they cannot expire. You are offering 1 car wash to settle this dispute. I do no think that is fair or acceptable offer. I will accept a refund check in the amount of $100.00
