Excellent experience the course is a must for anyone who is looking to become a group fitness trainer in the fitness industry.

My experience with Body Blueprint was and continues to be very positive. The owner and staff are professional and experienced in both running a business and delivering quality fitness education to clients.

Review: Our Carrier 4 ton Puron-cooled AC stopped working a week ago last Monday, July 15, 2013. Warranty on AC compressor is current but took a week for Carrier and Bristol to approve the warranty for a new compressor. Moreover, they required $1300 for the part even though the defective one is covered under warranty. Bristol claims that's their procedures require payment until they receive the defective compressor; this is an unprecedented practice in the industry and it's dead wrong to require a customer to pay for a part that's under warranty. Bristol has no customer service; tried calling, phone rang 4 times and went busy, not to mention Carrier's customer service which is a different issue at this time.Desired Settlement: We are doing this to make the public aware of what to expect when they purchase a Carrier AC unit using a Bristol compressor.

The AC unit was purchased from Sears but I chose not to use Sears to repair the unit. After contacting Carrier, they indicated they had a contract with Bristol and Bristol would have to endorse the compressor's warranty. Getting Bristol to process the warranty and permit Carrier to release a new compressor took three business days and the weekend, very unsatisfactory.

I am responding to your letter to me of August 12, 2013, in which you forward a document entitled "Complaint Information", Revdex.com Case # [redacted]. Bristol Compressors International ("Bristol") has carefully reviewed this Complaint Information, has checked its sales records and has reviewed its applicable warranty on compressors it manufactures. Bristol's standard warranty is for 20 months from date of manufacture. This warranty agreement is to Bristol's direct customers only and is not transferable. Customers purchasing a Carrier system from a Carrier authorized dealer must go through Carrier or the Carrier dealer for all warranty claims. Further, I note from the material in the Complaint Information document that the system in question was a Carrier 4 ton model. We have checked our sales records and they reveal no sales of 4 ton production compressors to Carrier in over 3 years, well beyond the 20 month standard Bristol warranty. Bristol regrets that this Carrier customer has experienced this difficulty however we fail to see any further way in which Bristol may be of any assistance.
