Will never do business with themIn November I received a $bill from Bristol GastroenterologyI left several messages with the business in an attempt to understand what the bill was for throughout the month of December and never received a call back from the organizationFinally, in mid December 2014, I spoke to a person who then directed me to call the 1-number on the bill formAfter doing so, I was told it was a no-show feeI was confused by this because my primary care physcian office scheduled the appointment for me then informed me that the appointment was cancelled and I need to call to rescheduleI never called to reschedule the appointment so I shouldn't be receiving a no-show feeThe lady I spoke to informed me that I needed to contact the office manager at Bristol GastroenterologyAgain, after about weeks of leaving messages I finally got in contact with someone when I calledThe lady I spoke to informed me that the office manager was on the line with another patientI asked her to have the office manager return my call and she stated "Yeah, that's probably not going to happen"When I asked why she said the office manager made her decision and wasnt't going to waive the no-show feeI explained to woman the situation with receiving a cancellation message from my primary care physician about the appointment and was brushed offShe again stated that I most likely wouldn't receive a call backExtremely rude and would not even attempt to speak to me to explain why I received the bill
