They filed my insurance information incorrectly, sent bills to the wrong address for over a year, then doubled the bill in collections under my name. Once I was aware they then followed up to tell me it's not their problem even though they messed up. Apparently now even after paying my deductible my insurance will no longer pay the bill and leaves me liable for their lack of communication and ability to do paperwork. Thanks for the $1300 ambulance ride guys!
