We have brought our cars there for awhile and previously had received great service but that service has been going down hill We purchased a used car from them about two years ago, for at least months I brought the car back at least weekly (sometimes daily) complaining of problems and even though they said the work was being done, within week it was back for the same issue or another issue on top of the first Rarely in that time frame did I go more than month without it being in the shopIn that time frame, very rarely did we see the owner and finally had to take it to another repair shop who has had to do extensive repairs to the car We connected with the owner finally who said she would work with us and then we didn't hear from her for months She is now back in CT and has told us she would work with us for the past weeks but each time she promises to get back to us, she doesn'tThe repair costs have exceed the cost of the vehicle and I feel totally taken advantage of

We purchased a used car from them about two years ago, for at least 12 months I brought the car back at least weekly (sometimes daily) complaining of problems and even though they said the work was being done, within 1 week it was back for the same issue or another issue on top of the first. Rarely in that time frame did I go more than 1 month without it being in the shop. In that time frame, very rarely did we see the owner and finally had to take it to another repair shop who has had to do extensive repairs to the car. We connected with the owner finally who said she would work with us and then we didn't hear from her for months. She is now back in CT and has told us she would work with us for the past 2 weeks but each time she promises to get back to us, she doesn't.
The repair costs have exceed the cost of the vehicle and I feel totally taken advantage of.
