I am rejecting this response because: The flowers were not delivered to the funeral home. The flowers were delivered to the church during my mother's wake. The business is now denying the claims because it has gotten to Revdex.com but they are full aware that the service provided was poor and unacceptable. My aunt retrieved the flowers as I seen them walk into the church as I handled other logistics for the funeral. I am demanding a full refund immediately.

Patient was discharged - company acknowledged flowers were rejected and refund was going to be made. I called and spoke with them personally and they knew exactly who I was speaking about and that she was discharged. Patient did not get the flowers because they were not there.
