I find the business response condescending , insulting and presumptiveI know the measurements of a facecordNo one removed firewood from the stack dumpedI live aloneHe said she said is not an argument I care to get into with Bristol Valley HardwoodsEveryone makes mistakesIt's unfortunate bristol valley hardwoods did not come up to my house to measure and make right their error as I had requested times Word of mouth is powerful for a businessRegards,

We would like to respond to the complaint from a customer, *** ***, ID ***, regarding her assumption that we did not deliver the correct amount of firewood on November 3, Please inform Ms*** that we measure out EVERY facecord of firewood that leaves our facilityThere is NO guess
workWe don't dump wood in a truck with an estimation of what the truck box holdsOnce the firewood is split, we stack it in a wooden frame to precisely measure each full facecord to industry standards of 16" deep by 48" high by 8' longWe are confident that Ms*** received the amount of firewood she paid forWe question the accuracy of Ms *** measurements for a true facecord by industry specificationsAlso, we question, if after delivery, some of her firewood was removed before she stacked itMy husband and I established Bristol Valley Hardwoods in Our company is known for our quality products and our quality serviceWe have been selling firewood for of those years with no complaintsWe take pride in the quality reputation we have builtIf you have any further questions, please let me knowBest regards, Sandy JVice President, Bristol Valley Hardwoods

Please be informed that we stand by our initial response spelled out below regarding our firewood measurements and her specific delivery on November 3rdHer delivery was measured to industry standards before being loaded on our truck and then it was immediately delivered to her homePlease reconfirm to Ms*** that Bristol Valley Hardwoods is 100% confident that she received the firewood that she paid for. We encourage Ms*** to choose another source for her firewood in the futureOur company, Bristol Valley Hardwoods, has grown and prospered in ***, New York, for over Twenty-six (26) years because of our quality products and quality service.
