I took a pair of cream expense linen pants to this cleaners and they ironed the elastic out of the top of my pantsI requested that the seamstress repair the damage that they causedThe manager pretended to not speak English today when actually she is the one that always handles my clothes when I come thereShe insisted that I ironed the pants or the elastic was worn out and I need a durable elastic to replace what I currently haveWhy would I iron pants that I had cleaned at the cleaners and who in their right mind would iron the elastic out of the pants? She also wanted me to pay to have this done as she proceeded to cut the top of my pants with a razor blade to show me the current elastic vs the new elastic that she wants me to purchase
